My name is Klaudia Fuchs, and I am a Psychologist (MA), Life-Coach and Career Consultant, currently on training to become a Somatic Psychotherapist. With over a decade of international experience helping individuals navigate their personal and professional challenges. My work is driven by the belief that everyone has the potential to make meaningful changes and overcame obstacles to achieve their full potential.

My approach is deeply personal and results-driven. During the sessions I create a client centric, empathetic and supportive environment, where clients are safe to share and face their problems and fears. I integrate cognitive-behavioral techniques and humanistic principles with practical strategies, ensuring that each client receives actionable insights and measurable outcomes. My expertise spans psychological counseling, career consultancy, and executive coaching, making me uniquely positioned to address both deeper, personal and professional challenges.

From a young age, I was fascinated by the complexity of the human mind and the intricate ways it shapes our decisions, emotions, and lives. Growing up in a half-German family, I was immersed in different languages and cultures early on, sparking a deep curiosity to understand the diverse ways people think and connect. This passion naturally led me to pursue a career in psychology, where I could combine my intellectual curiosity with a desire to help others thrive.

During my studies in Clinical and Health Psychology, I discovered a profound interest in counseling and organizational psychology. I became captivated by the intersection of psychological principles and business dynamics. Alongside my academic achievements, I have cultivated an integrative approach that blends real-world experience, psychological expertise, and creative problem-solving according to a bio-psycho-social model.

Throughout my career, I have been privileged to work across multiple international markets, including the DACH region, the UK, the Netherlands, Portugal, France, Hungary, and the United States.  Living, studying, and working abroad has provided me with a rich, global perspective that informs everything I do. I deeply understand the unique challenges faced by expats, working parents, and professionals navigating complex transitions. Raising children abroad while balancing a demanding career has given me firsthand insight into the pressures of adapting to new cultures, juggling responsibilities, and maintaining personal well-being.

My professional journey has taken me from roles in clinical settings, to strategic positions in business and recruitment. I’ve worked with Clinical Institutes as well as with leading organizations like GE Digital, Revolut, Swiss Fintech, and Swiss Longevity startups. Most recently, I’ve also honed my skills in cutting-edge fields like AI and prompt engineering, allowing me to bring innovative tools and insights to my practice. Moreover, I'm in the training to be a BioSomatic Psychotherapist, which allows me to stay up to date and continuously learn more cutting edge strategies and techniques in integrative mindset.
